Assistance Service and Technical Support for Refueling Platform during the stages of offloading and reloading of nuclear fuel during 19th outage of Unit 1 and 16th outage of Unit 2:

Considering the following as Assistance and Technical Support:

• Analysis and Troubleshooting using manual and design documents of the Refueling Platform.
• Provide instructions, recommendations and/or report failures to the CFE`s Supervisor and/or Specialist, prior to its resolution.
• Refuel Floor support during the stages of the offloading and reloading fuel, reporting to CFE´s contract Supervisor in each shift, the observed performance of the refueling platform, as well as recommendations and suggestions.
• Provide technical support, if required, to Communication, I&C Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and/or Mechanical Maintenance groups that are involved in outage floor activities.
